Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 15 days from the date you received your order and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee.We are not responsible for spelling, grammatical or design errors made by the customer including low-resolution images uploaded by the customer. Be sure to preview your design carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Can I cancel or change my order?
In an effort to keep costs down and provide quick turnaround times, Stork Magnets is a fully automated website. For this reason, orders may not be changed or cancelled once submitted.

What is your return policy?
We will reprint or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet our customers' quality expectations. However, we cannot take responsibility for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers during the design process. For additional information, see "money back guarantee" above.

What size are your magnets?
All magnets are oversized and measure 6" x 4". They are printed on glossy, satin material. Magnets are for indoor use only.

What size are your notecards?
All notecards measure 5.5" x 4.25" when folded and 5.5" x 8.5" when open. They are printed on 80lb cardstock with a glossy finish. Complimentary blank white envelopes are included.

What is the turnaround time for an order?
All orders are shipped out within 4 business days.

How are orders shipped?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. Ground shipping adds 5 - 10 days to the above turnaround time. Overnight shipping is also available for an additional fee.

Will you ship outside the continental United States?
Yes. Please contact us so we can provide pricing on shipping.

I'm a graphic designer. Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes. Click on Pricing and select Upload Your Own. Once you select your product, a detail page will allow you to download a design template. Simply select your quantity and click Add To Cart to begin the checkout process and upload your artwork.

If you will be supplying your own artwork, please conform to the guidelines below:
JPG, TIFF, PDF or EPS in CMYK format at 300 DPI or higher
PDF: All fonts must be embedded
EPS: Fonts must be outlined, CMYK or Pantone colors must be assigned correctly
Bleeds must be set according to the templates provided.
